科技的不断创新在快速地改变着我们的世界,改善着我们的生活。随着现代电子技术在汽车上的大量应用,传统意义上的机械式汽车被现代电子化汽车所取代,各种电子电器产品已占汽车总成本的30%,甚至更多,而且这种趋势还在不断发展。
电子技术的应用,在解决汽车的经济性、安全性、舒适性等方面起着非常重要的作用。然而,众多电子产品的开发与应用,也给汽车行业带来了一个不容忽视的重要课题:“汽车电磁兼容的研究”。
本实验室目前在国内建有的专业“汽车电子EMC测试实验室”平台。该平台均采用行业先进的测试场地和仪器设备,确保检测的标准符合性和数据的准确、精确性。

大电流注入测试(BCI)/Bulk Current Injection Test
汽车电子的射频抗扰度测试方法,包括自由场、大电流注入法,带状线法等,对应ISO11452系列标准,其中ISO11452-4大电流注入法适用于频率范围在1MHz-400MHz的测试。
瑞士TESEQ公司配置的大电流注入系统,完全满足ISO11452-4以及各大车厂相应测试标准。
The vehicle electronic component RF Immunity test include free field method, BCI method,Striplinemethod etc. all apply the ISO11452 Series of standards, and ISO11452-4 BCI method is applicable for test frequency range of 1MHz-400MHz.

瞬态电压发射测试(VTE)/Voltage Transient Emissions Test
该试验测量的是汽车电子被测试装置所产生的干扰,主要是指被测试装置在启动或停止的时候产生的传导干扰。
瑞士TESEQ公司生产的AES5500是专为ISO7637-2标准中瞬态传导发射测试而设计的,它包括一个ISO7637-2标准规定的人工电源网络,一个机械开关、一个电子开关以及一个独特的控制模块组成。
This test specifies a procedure for evaluating the automotive electrical and electronic components of the EUT, for conducted emissions of transients along the battery-fed or switched supply lines.
The TESEQ’ s AES 5501 is a system of electronic and mechanical switches, anartificialnetwork, and a unique control station designed for emissions testing to ISO 7637-2.

瞬态传导抗扰度测试(CI)/Transient Conduction Immunity Test
该测试包括对电源线的传导(ISO7637-2)和对非电源线的耦合(ISO7637-3)两种方法,用于模拟机动车辆中产生的已知形式的干扰。
瑞士TESEQ公司生产的NSG5500、NSG5600、PA5840系统采用简洁的模块化设计,完全满足ISO7637-2,ISO7637-3以及各大车厂相应测试标准,NSG5600还可模拟机动车辆中蓄电池上的电压变化、电压跌落、电压噪声、电压纹波。
This test specifies a procedure for evaluating the automotive electrical and electronic components of the EUT, for electrical disturbances from conduction (ISO7637-2) and coupling (ISO7637-3). Simulate the known interference from vehicles.
The TESEQ’ s NSG5500, NSG5600, PA5840 system using Modular design for testing to ISO 7637-2, ISO7637-3 and the test standards of major automobile manufacturer, the NSG 5600 is also designed to simulate events that include voltage dropouts, sinusoidal noise and other events superimposed on the automotive battery.

磁场免疫测试系统(IMF)/Immunity to Magnetic Fields Test
ISO11452-8规定,汽车中的发电机、输电线路以及一些强大的电气设备,如马达,会产生强大的磁场,暴露在此磁场中的电子部品要执行此项测试。
瑞士TESEQ公司生产的NSG5600结合美国SOLAR公司生产的9230-1/9229-1磁环天线可执行ISO11452-8中的辐射环测试法。
ISO11452-8 specifies this test must be performed for vehicle electronic device is exposed to a magnetic disturbance field by power transmission lines and generating stations and some powerful electrical equipment, such as motors.
The TESEQ’ s NSG5600 with The SOLAR’ s 9230-1/9229-1 loop antenna can perform the radiating loop method of ISO11452-8.
电波暗室(ALSE)
电波暗室用于测试辐射骚扰、辐射抗扰度等。
日本TDK公司设计的标准966电波暗室,采用TDK自行研制的高性能最新射频吸波材料,完全满足CISPR22、IEC/EN61000-4-3、CISPR25、ISO11452-2等标准对测试场地的要求。
ALSE is used for radiation emission testing, radiation immunity testing etc.
The TDK’s standard 966 ALSE,using the newest high-performance RF absorber material developed by TDK, Designed for RE&RI testing to CISPR22, IEC/EN61000-4-3, CISPR25, ISO11452-2 etc.

辐射骚扰测试(RE)/Radiation Emission test
为保护车载接收机(收音机、电视机、移动通讯设备等)免受同车内的零部件/模块产生的无线电骚扰-辐射发射的影响,CISPR25/GB18655标准规定了汽车零部件/模块的辐射骚扰测试方法和限值要求。
该试验测量的是汽车电子被测试装置通过空间电磁辐射所产生的干扰。
该测试系统采用的是德国罗德施瓦茨公司的接收机,德国施瓦茨贝科公司的天线组合和人工电源网络,日本TDK公司的电波暗室。
The standard of CISPR25/GB1865 applies to any electronic/electrical component intended for use in vehicles, it provides test method and limits for components/ modules radiation emission. The limits are intended to provide protection for receivers installed in a vehicle from disturbances produced by components/modules in the same vehicle.
The test specifies a procedure for evaluating the automotive electrical and electronic components of the EUT, for radio interference produced by radiation emissions.
The test system is made of R&S/German’s receiver,Schwarzbeck/German’s antenna combination, artificial network, and TDK/Japan’s ALSE.

为保护车载接收机(收音机、电视机、移动通讯设备等)免受同车内的零部件/模块产生的无线电骚扰-长、短持续时间的传导发射的影响,CISPR25/GB18655标准规定了汽车零部件/模块的传导骚扰测试方法和限值要求。
该试验测量的是汽车电子被测试装置通过电源线或其他线束传导所产生的干扰。
该测试系统采用的是德国罗德施瓦茨公司的接收机,德国施瓦茨贝科公司的人工电源网络,日本TDK公司的电波暗室。
